Beijing Capital International Airport Terminal Three (T3) will be put to use on 29 Feb 2008. It is the world largest Airport. Norman Foster, designer of Hong Kong International Airport, has designed a 2.9 km long, 790 m wide construction, 986,000 sqm building, costing 28 billion. The T3 building will be able to handle 600,000 flights a year, up from the current 200,00. This means 82 million passengers a year, up from 36 million now.
