请问哪儿有明矾卖？

LG爱吃油条，可是炸了很多次都不理想，因为没有放明矾的缘故，所以想请教各位哪儿有明矾卖？还有就是明矾的英文怎么说呀？先谢谢了。请问哪儿有明矾卖？

It is called "Alum".
You can buy it from drug store or Chinatown. But don't buy industrial grade from chemical store.
I can buy you some if you let me try some afterwards.
What is "LG" means? Lo-gong?

I just came back from Chinatown. I saw United Grocery has the ready made powder combination, but no Alum there.
I have a pack of Alum crystal with me if you want, it is free.

国内饮食店都被禁用明矾，有什么害我忘记了。

还是少吃为妙。

明矾属于食品添加剂中的油炸食品蓬松剂，目前属于我国允许使用的食品添加剂。

由于明矾的成分为硫酸铝钾，经常食用会导致机体内的铝沉积，结果就是影响智力发育，对于成年人来说会导致老年痴呆。目前中国人群普遍铝摄入过量，这和饮食习惯、烹调器具都有关。在中国的大环境中有些事情是我们个人所不能控制、改变的，到这边我相信食品和饮用水的标准都会好很多的，象吃炸果子的嗜好我看能克服还是克服一下的好，有什么能比健康重要呢？ ^-^

还是你回答得权威。

以前用铝锅比较多，人体摄入的铝含量多，在社会上看到患老人痴呆症的确实不少。

。我看当地的小吃“象耳朵“就和油条油饼一抹一样的，肯定没有用明矾。用面包机发面，发出来的也很好。不过油条我没有做过，在文学城看到过很多菜谱

You should try mixing the Alum with baking powder to decrease the amount needed. Don't use the whole pack until you have enough toilets in you house.

'Oldnavy' is right. There is a study between the link of Alzheimer with Aluminium but not known yet.

Alum enhences the bubble formation in the 'you-tiao' so the hollow or bubble will be bigger. The bubble actually stay intact longer before they burst. Most of the baking powder has Alum as leavening agent. City water use it to clear up the turbidity. Indian bread has it too.

I bought it in United Grocery last year but I seldom eat deep fry now.

是啊，我也知道明矾对身体有害，我爸爸和奶奶都因为爱吃油条得了老年痴呆，不过我给老公规定了一个月只能吃一次！！非常感谢各位的提醒！！！
