CAC Metal Recycling has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time Administrator to join the team.

Joh details:
Pay: $20-$23
Job type: Full-time Permanent
Shift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

Key Responsibilities:

-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
6 f0 h, q7 G6 T' w-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
; X# B) ?* y% s) e0 B- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
-Providing general clerical support to the office.
-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

-Customer service concepts.
9 U7 L4 Q) V& }7 ]; S6 w-Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills.
-High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
. t* w0 |* T% t) n& ?: q. ~- l- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple demands.
  y6 O* T- Q, r, N- M- Excellent teamwork skills, complemented by the ability to work well independently.

Education and Qualifications:
' S6 Y/ o; L" r- h2 U/ `  X( G8 H( r& D
- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
( a. M9 w6 E' t4 f3 C6 V/ X- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
4 K) R3 y2 O3 n+ _, U8 w- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
