Six-month-old Israel Golden, who has asthma, was left alone inside the Bearspaw Day Care Centre for about three hours on Jan. 27.

In another development, Alberta day care centres will now be required to provide emergency contact information to crisis centre staff, so that they can be more easily found in a similar situation. |
