The City of Edmonton Bylaw #13145 defines a "restricted dog" as any dog:

That has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal causing physical injury and resulting in a conviction under this bylaw
k; V9 T' Q- v/ aThat has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal on more than one occasion, with or without causing physical injury, and resulting in separate convictions under this bylaw ; E! X( O+ S4 V! H; V2 ~- v
That has been made the subject of an order under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1 |, j; r+ u$ l, }2 N
Certified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed Staffordshire Bull Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club ) l! O3 x0 `8 \. K2 R5 V0 i7 z: L
Certified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed American Staffordshire Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club . p. I0 P1 J9 [& t5 z9 _
Note: The restricted dog definition does NOT include any dog that is registered, or eligible for registration, with the Canadian Kennel Club as a purebred Staffordshire Bull Terrier or American Staffordshire Terrier. |

我这在调查研究....一直想养藏獒....尤其是雪獒...要考虑的因素太多，时机不成熟....唉....
