双程机票问题

请问如果买EDMONTON到广州的机票，能够回去的时候途径香港，回来从广州经北京出发行吗？

Return from Beijing to HK to Edmonton), but you need to buy another ticket from Guangzhou to Beijing. Summary: You need to buy total 1 roundtrip Cathay pacific ticket plus a one way ticket.
