Job Duties / Responsibilities
0 C' J+ M r) w• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
7 I% r, T0 O$ t• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.
9 g& r, D1 s0 N• SAP match reporting and monthly management
* e% A* T7 W1 b# V8 @7 ?7 e! c• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
3 b) y7 X3 x1 U! T S• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
- W( t1 K- g1 ^! ^+ q6 S• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.: W, K; l/ w1 H$ i C* b
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.9 r& U- v- W8 o( I
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.

+ e+ W+ z8 a( M; a• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)1 c4 R! g2 \- n
• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.
5 K( E3 c v) ]• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.4 g& G Y6 C$ R1 Q# O- J7 _- @
• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.& N! B% l) }' J2 ]! {3 K
• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training

P! r$ i9 [# z9 ], PEducation / Experience
3 I4 q# R/ y* ~$ {5 L4 r• Grade 12 or equivalent
0 y& e8 y4 l$ x• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)
! \) @- |' Y$ V• 3-5 years of related administrative experience) H [- T0 k. t
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater! o4 Y% K/ j, T: x# x. ^
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.
