your own health. Alberta Health and Wellness points out that the

$ o& X y1 M1 Z6 g6 M `' l3 n* D; lcontact. The virus also rests on hard surfaces such as counters and
+ u3 v# ^: F ? n0 tdoorknobs and can spread when people touch contaminated surfaces and
- [. o h N& M& |$ a) ]* mthen unknowingly transfer the virus to their eyes, nose or mouth.
3 s( h4 ~ w5 Q5 }" d( qPracticing good preventive hygiene (e.g., wash your hands and cover your p+ @9 Z. K' ?3 C& `
cough) and following the self-care practices as outlined by Alberta. Q1 S, F8 j- W$ w( @) d, S2 _) i4 E0 C
Health and Wellness will greatly assist in minimizing the chance of
