不太清楚。领养的时候要填个人信息表，如果你是留学生，没有自己的住所和充裕的收入，可能比较难通过吧，尤其是领养狗。如果猫咪或者其他小型宠物可能宽松一些。

我忘了具体的了，5年前领养的，你看看这个网站，如果你只是想找个伴的话，不建议养。他们也是有感情的。

不是找伴啊，当然也是喜欢的，现在家里有一只猫，还想在养一只，顺便给猫也找个伴~ 呵呵

猫估计问题不大，那的猫超多，大猫，小猫，老猫。有空你去看看，要领养的时候，没问你身份，你就别说。

They only need picture ID with your living address. They won't even ask your status. I don't think this is a problem. But don't tell them your are just student with study visa becuase the most important thing for them is you could live and take care the pet you donate as long as possible.
