CAC Metal Recycling has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time Administrator to join the team.

Job type: Full-time Permanent
& y) Z# i1 P9 v0 A. tShift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

Key Responsibilities:
0 ?8 K5 N; [- q- N9 ^! m7 f
-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
- s8 T8 L. [' v3 F-Providing general clerical support to the office.
$ x/ ~4 P# \$ a-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.
/ F) F! R8 E$ A( {* x8 B/ f# b
Key Skills:

9 }$ j* e0 ~8 e3 X" j-Customer service concepts.
-Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills.
-High level of integrity and trustworthiness.

- Excellent teamwork skills, complemented by the ability to work well independently.

' U2 o% g- V9 H0 U  I. d7 C! Y, v- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
