CAC Metal Recycling has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time Administrator to join the team.

Job type: Full-time Permanent
; ^# u; R9 b$ i6 p5 OShift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

Key Responsibilities:

0 C7 ~: q$ r* G& }2 w5 ~0 v+ s-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
: y% L7 f1 x, n1 W- W  N-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
4 ]* e  t, w1 [  _( ~-Providing general clerical support to the office.
-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

$ ?2 u8 n+ B# M5 H9 D% ^4 a4 Z-Customer service concepts.

- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple demands.

- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
  `$ {1 n1 o; f) Q8 K0 V. A- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
