Job Duties / Responsibilities
3 ~8 O% x, F' T& X• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
. y7 j+ R* A& e H% O9 Q• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.: x- b9 \7 o) W7 k5 i( F
• SAP match reporting and monthly management* M8 c/ D. |5 A$ }: ^
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
8 B" y) M4 n/ ?3 F! D• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.2 @) h4 R# @ U5 D& C7 q
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.8 P S3 u" n, s2 ]/ O$ p3 k
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.

• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.

• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training

Education / Experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)+ Q4 M" s8 \/ X
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience7 M, b% z6 [# Q/ u
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater5 R5 c3 \" b9 ?* N9 G
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.
& H4 |6 x9 r2 i, O• Attention to detail is required. ; L `; u; e# K, C3 r2 R' S( t) }: l
• High level of customer service skills is a must.- N/ I: w& W- Q# i
