I suggest you not use or do too much by yourself but go see your doctor first. See what your doctor or a dermatologist can offer you. I did this year and the dermatologist gave me some cream, which worked great. In the meanwhile, according to the doctor, every allergy season, take Claritin, which is sold over the counter.

Not only can they make you look better but also will help to protect your skin from some pollen); after you get back home, wash your face (or take a shower, I have the same problem with my arms and legs. Don't wait until more pollen get into the skin pores) and put on moisturizer.

BTW, Claritin stops most allergic syndromes caused by pollen, like watering eyes, sneezes and blocked sinuses, without drowsiness. I tried other pills over the counter but I got too sleepy to drive or work. |
