1 a9 h: u! p. \8 R' o2 c有些比如在这个LIST上的就不吃呗。油改成葡萄籽油或者COCONUT油，其他的多买些ORGANIC的来吃，还得问清楚不是GMO的，挺难的，再就是自己种吧。
