请教renew pr 卡邮寄问题

1. 是不是只能邮寄啊，不能网上提交吧？
$ ^: I, |+ ^6 Q8 ?" x- C2. 如果一家三个人 是不是可以都放一个大信封里面一起寄啊。 还是要分开寄去啊。

如果是加急申请更换pr 卡，可以网上递交
# C) u' S0 i7 H6 U. A* OYou require urgent processing of your renewal/replacement Permanent Resident card. To be eligible for urgent processing, you must provide:
1 r: ^) k. w3 D3 F. L3 o) Z8 Sproof of travel (itinerary or ticket) that shows your full name, destination and travel dates;
$ c3 [& r3 Q6 j$ U; O, |7 oproof of payment for the travel that shows the date you paid, the full amount you paid, and how you paid;
+ _. V1 c+ }4 X; da letter explaining the reason for the urgency; and
# G  [1 m6 q, Rproof of the urgency (e.g. a doctor’s note, death certificate, or letter from your employer).

2. 我平常周末在邮局帮忙，对此比较了解。如果你用 express post 大信封，可以把材料分装到小信封里面，上面写上各个申请人的名字，然后把这些信封塞进这个大信封里面。
