Job Summary:
8 k, J( [8 `( D" @/ i, o/ J/ C, y( }The Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.

Monday – Friday 11 am-7 pm2 N. g: w. {% g

Must be able to sort, process, grade non-ferrous materials( @) h6 R3 s, X7 l5 |
Inspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials ?6 b x9 q' _9 }* p( E: q
Loads and unloads non-ferrous material e, h$ }6 l& [) b
Must be able to work safely at all times
; i& k4 a7 U( l/ l9 t; X3 _Be able to effectively perform tasks independently W+ g8 D* O8 Y
Performs routine housekeeping.

Knowledge of non-ferrous processing& L: K. p& O% Z1 J2 m! F- T5 `
High school diploma (Or GED)0 v8 f$ C* B, |" T
Well-articulated and assertive
$ v1 _. ]( ^: @: M/ H7 {. `/ ~Ability to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization
