CAC Metal Recycling has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time Administrator to join the team.

Pay: $20-$23
Job type: Full-time Permanent
2 j/ z5 ?& K8 `! T( l& oShift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

Key Responsibilities:

-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
  ^1 H6 F5 ], d; v3 M$ ^% ]-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
- L/ `4 o- a2 q* o-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
) l/ d! X0 z" t3 t3 @+ k+ \, h7 T- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
-Providing general clerical support to the office.
-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

Education and Qualifications:

- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
  S/ k* P% W9 W0 ?; I6 S- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
$ v: @/ g( a1 M5 _- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
